  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions
  1. Cook the chicken breast with a little teriyaki sauce.  After the cooked chicken has cooled, tear apart the meat with your fingers into small, thin strips and set aside.
  2. Cut lettuce into 1/4” strips.  You can also cut them length wise if they are too long to eat easily.
  3. Combine sliced lettuce and shredded chicken.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the dressing and mix well using a whisk.
  5. Just before serving, combine the dressing and lettuce/chicken mixture.  Fold in the fried Chinese noodles carefully. Be sure not to pour the dressing directly on the noodles they will get soggy right away!
